Position: SALES CLERK

Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: CI$8.75 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:
 Collect, count, and securely handle daily cash receipts, including cashandcheques, and ensure timely deposits.
 Receive and verify goods at customs and ensure that all required documentationis accurate and properly maintained.
 Perform business-related errands as required to support the day-to-day operations
of the business.
 Assist clients by providing attentive, professional, and courteous customer service.
 Promote and upsell products and encourage customers to purchase additional products or services.
 Provide customers with detailed product information, recommendations, andguidance.
 Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all customers.
 Work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as required bythebusiness.
 Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet operational and business needs.
 Clean and maintain the store, ensuring that the premises are neat, organized, andpresentable at all times.
 Maintain consistently high standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, andorganization.
 Work independently and demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision.
 Create and manage social media accounts for the business as required.
 Create engaging social media advertisements and promotional content.
 Create advertisements for the company's products and services andpublish/promote them on websites and appropriate online platforms.
 Stay informed about current fashion trends and developments within the fashionindustry.
 Perform any other duties or tasks reasonably assigned by the employer in relationto the position.

Qualifications & Experience:

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
 Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar field.
 Previous experience in the fashion industry is required.
 Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and industry developments.
 Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
 Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, smartphones, social mediaplatforms, websites, and other digital tools.
 Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-relations skills.
 Must be mature, responsible, dependable, trustworthy, and professional.
 Must be able to work independently and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
 Must have the ability to create, manage, and maintain social media accounts.  Must have the ability to create effective social media advertisements and promotional content.
 Must be able to create advertisements and publish/promote them on websites and appropriate online platforms.
 Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
 Must be comfortable handling cash and maintaining accurate records.
 Must be willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing business requirements.
 Must be flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
 Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the operational needs of the business.
 Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work professionally with customers, colleagues, and management.
