SALES ASSOCIATE/PACKER.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Sales Associate/Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their purchases while also ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, organized, and prepared for pickup or delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide professional service.
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability.
Process orders and payments accurately.
Recommend products and support sales growth.
Answer customer calls, messages, and inquiries.
Pick, verify, pack, and label customer orders.
Prepare orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Inspect products for damage or defects.
Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized sales and packing area.
Monitor packing supplies and report shortages.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products.
Maintain accurate sales and order records.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Work with team members to complete orders on time.
Follow company sales, packing, inventory, safety, and service procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience, or Previous sales, customer service, retail, warehouse, or packing skills
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and point-of-sale skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and follow order instructions.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry boxes, products, and packages when required.
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required.
