We are hiring a Sales Associate to helps customers find and purchase products. The role involves assisting customers, explaining products, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their needs.
Recommend products or services based on customer preferences.
Explain product features, prices, promotions, and benefits.
Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Meet or contribute to individual and team sales targets.
Keep shelves, displays, and sales areas organized and well stocked.
Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Follow company policies regarding customer service, cash handling, and safety.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
