Sales Associate (Technical).

eShore Ltd. Is a Caymanian-owned IT Software Services and Cyber Security Company that provides a wide range of ICT services to both local and international clients, looking for a full-time bi-lingual Sales Associate (Technical) to assist with their Latin American market.
The Sales Associate (Technical) will work alongside team to confirm pre-sales technical scoping, vendor products, and service catalogs. Role requires a technical understanding of IT systems and computing principles. Role will arrange and conduct client meetings and technical demos, client follow-up and create sales proposals and quotations, communications, and mailers for client renewals.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Fluent Spanish or Portuguese required
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or IT) required
• Technical experience and certifications for security software products preferred
• Previous experience using and selling cybersecurity and email security software, endpoint protection, web security, two-factor authentication
• General IT helpdesk experience for troubleshooting to assist with software support and IT services upselling preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years working in technology sales, presenting technical demonstrations, creating quotations and sales orders
• Proficient with Salesforce, or similar CRM, and e-marketing
• Must be skilled using MS Office, endpoint software, and proficient with technical terminology
• Clean police record and valid USA travel visa required. The role requires travel, flexible hours working across multiple time zones, and availability to work overtime at least one weekend per month.
• Applicants will be subject to skills testing.
Salary range of US$2,640 to US$3,600 per month commensurate with knowledge and experience. Benefits in accordance with Cayman Islands Labour, Health Insurance and Pensions Laws.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm
