Eagle Properties Ltd. T/A Ashley Furniture HomeStore Cayman is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multipurpose Associate to join our team. We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in administration, sales, marketing, and client relationship management who is passionate about delivering exceptional service within the home furnishings industry.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales support while assisting with customer accounts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Responsibilities include managing transactions through Ashley’s POS system, maintaining accurate records, supporting marketing initiatives, managing customer communications through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram, updating online product catalogues, and collaborating with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will also provide input on client proposals and design-related solutions that align with customers’ needs and preferences.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have a high school certificate or equivalent, a year of experience in a similar industry or operations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, experience in using POS systems, creating reports and managing delivery schedules. Must also be comfortable communicating with clients face to face, sales and able to multi-task.
The candidate must be available to work Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
