SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

Looking for a Senior Sales Rep In the Car Rental business for a Major Car Rental Brand to be fully knowledgeable in overseeing a car rental operation which his/her responsibility will include reaching minimum sales quotas, marketing accounts, fleet knowledge as well as accounts receivables. The Senior sales representative will ensure a first-class experience for customers. He/She will be responsible for opening and/or closing of branch. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will consistently look for ways to improve and optimize our processes. You will effectively and efficiently manage the vehicle fleet, manage the day-to-day business in the branch and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is attained. Additionally, you will be developing new businesses and building on local sales and relationships.
• Have a proven track record of strong counter sales with Damage Waiver, Liability insurance, and all the other incremental necessary to meet your monthly sales and revenue goals
• Proven track record of attracting customers
• Knowledge of Inventory and Fleet Management
• Ability to run operation with minimal supervision
• Knowledge on the rental application Rentway
• Direct and supervise new employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers .
• Follow the safety, health, and security rules
• Maintain the policies while exceed goals, objectives, and procedures for the office
• Have a strong knowledge of MS/Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Understand pricing strategies in all of the different channels
• Strong communication skills to go over terms of rental or leasing agreements.
• Ability to Completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments.
• Showing customers their vehicles and pointing out any bumps, scrapes, or special features.
• Checking mileage and inspecting for damage when vehicles are returned.

• 2 years
bachelor’s degree required
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with Hertz KARZ and POS Software a plus
