Sales & Services Printing Associate.

Mail Boxes Etc. is seeking an experienced Printing Sales & Services Associate to provide commercial printing, graphic design and customer service support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage commercial print projects from customer consultation through production and delivery; prepare quotations; design and amend artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; produce business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, booklets, banners, labels and large-format printing; operate commercial digital printing and finishing equipment; ensure print quality and production deadlines; and provide customer support across shipping, mailbox and other retail services as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial printing, document services or print production; Post-secondary Degree; advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience preparing print quotations and operating commercial digital printing and finishing equipment; strong knowledge of print production, colour management and artwork preparation; excellent customer service, numerical and organisational skills. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required. Clear police record and provide professional references. Must be able to work 45 hours per week, including Saturdays, and across both locations as required.
