The primary duties are:
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including holidays and weekends
2. Achieve sales targets set by Senior Sales Associate and Management
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong selling skills and ability to cross sell products
5. Experience with handling customer complaints and ability to resolve in a satisfactory manner.
6. Work with other sales associate to achieve annual revenue.
7. Strong customer service skills
8. Ability to work well in a team
9. Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
10. Product knowledge
