TRAC Automotive is a multi-brand automobile dealership (rental and retailer) specializing in the supply of Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, Renault, Volvo, Foton and Changan vehicles in the Cayman Islands. They provide vehicle service for all makes and models.

The company is looking for a fully experienced Sales Associate to work within their busy multi-franchise car dealership. A strong understanding of dealership operations and experience in vehicle sales is essential, along with a solid working knowledge of finance plans and leasing programs as well as a proven history of managing customer satisfaction & experience within the car sales industry. The person would also clearly understand the vehicle ‘Life cycle costs’ and be fully conversant with setting residual values. A solid understanding and experience in operating a motor industry Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is also essential; your experience must include new and used vehicle invoicing, service maintenance calendars, and manufacturer warranty registration for new vehicles. The person would also be responsible for website maintenance, online advertising, off-site sales events, and all our social media presence; these skills and experience will enable the company to promote their currently held franchises professionally.

This person must have at least five years of vehicle sales experience and a good working knowledge of automotive systems, procedures, e-marketing, and, most importantly, client care and satisfaction. A clean driving license is essential; must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission.

Salary: KYD $2,250 - 2,500.00 per month, plus commission. Benefits are in accordance with Cayman Islands Labour, Health Insurance and Pension Laws.
