Revenue Manager (Caribbean and Asia) – Cayman Islands.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Cayman office. Reporting to the Group Revenue Team Manager, the post holder will be responsible for optimising and managing the firm's revenue lifecycle across its legal and Corporate Services Provider (CSP) businesses in the Caribbean and Asia. The role provides oversight of billing, work in progress (WIP) and collections.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Lead the firm's end-to-end revenue cycle across multiple international jurisdictions, overseeing billing, collections, cash realisation and working capital performance.
• Manage complex billing and client finance matters, including CSP billing across Cayman and BVI, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely invoicing.
• Drive improvements in revenue performance through the effective management of WIP, debtors, lock-up and collections strategies.
• Lead revenue process, systems and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop an international revenue team while partnering with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on revenue strategy, financial performance and best practice.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years' experience in revenue management within an international law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven experience leading revenue operations across multiple jurisdictions, including responsibility for billing, collections, working capital management and revenue optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of legal services and Corporate Services Provider (CSP) billing environments, including complex billing arrangements and client finance requirements.
• Demonstrated success in improving revenue performance, reducing lock-up and driving cash realisation.
• Experience leading and developing international or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Partners, Directors and other senior business leaders.
• Advanced knowledge of revenue management principles, billing processes, working capital management and financial reporting.
• Experience using legal finance and revenue management systems, ideally Elite 3E and e-billing platforms.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The salary for this position will be based on experience and qualifications and will be in the range of US$100,000 to US$110,000. Other benefits include health insurance coverage, 20 days annual leave, life assurance, income protection insurance and a contributory pension plan.
