Personal Trainer.

The general duties and responsibilities of the Personal Trainer will be to provide private personal training to the UBO of the Company (the "Employer") and other persons as may be required by the Employer, and will include but are not limited to:

(a) Designing and supervising physical training programmes;

(b) Procuring and maintaining gymnasium and other sports equipment;

(c) Providing nutritional advice; and

(d) Other tasks as may reasonably be assigned from time to time.

The Personal Trainer must have at least ten (10) years of experience as a personal trainer, performing physical fitness training related duties for high profile clients and ultra-high-network individuals, as this level of service is customary to the Employer's household and is expected by his family.

The Personal Trainer must hold a doctorate degree in a related field and experienced in teaching a wide variety of fitness classes and personal training sessions, accommodating individuals of different skill levels to improve their fitness and overall sense of well-being.

In addition, the Personal Trainer must possess the relevant government authorisations to travel to, and work in, multiple international jurisdictions.
