Cayman Crystal Caves is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-focused Multilingual Reservations & Guest Services Agent to help create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.
In this guest-facing role, you will assist visitors before and during their arrival—answering enquiries, managing reservations, coordinating tour schedules, processing payments, and providing a warm Caymanian welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Core duties include:
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries by telephone, email, online channels, and in person.
• Create, update, and confirm tour reservations.
• Welcome guests, complete check-ins, and explain tour procedures.
• Process payments and maintain accurate booking and guest records.
• Communicate tour availability, directions, policies, and visitor information clearly.
• Assist international guests in English and at least one additional language.
• Coordinate with tour guides and operations staff to support smooth daily schedules.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Promote available tours, experiences, and related services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
• Prepare end-of-day sales summaries.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates for the Reservation / Guest Services Representative role should:
• Have a strong customer service background.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A warm, confident and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have their own transportation.
• Be able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Be willing and able to learn new skills, new systems, and new methods of performing reservation and reception duties.
• Demonstrate the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues, guests, and external partners, regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity.
• Be available on call to respond to booking demands and tour inquiries.
• Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Have familiarity with reservation/ticketing software such as Peek, Cloud bed, or
Opera (an advantage).
• Able to multitask and remain composed in a busy visitor environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Display a passion for service and hospitality, pride in educating guests about our sites and culture, a commitment to safety and security, and a warm sense of humor and fun.
