Job responsibilities:
-Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing needs.
- Receive vehicles from customers and document their condition, noting any existing damage and customer requests.
- Clean and restore both the interior and exterior of the vehicle by removing residue, buildup, stains, and polishing the body.
- Inspect the interiors and exteriors of vehicles to assess their condition and identify any cosmetic issues.
- Document the condition of vehicles through detailed reports and photographs.
- Use products like waxes, polishes, and cleaners to enhance the shine of the body, wheels, and glass.
- Shampoo and deodorize interior seats and floors.
- Operate tools such as steamers, vacuums, and buffers on upholstery and paint surfaces.
- Remove debris from cup holders, floors, and crevices within vehicle interiors.
- Treat rust and oxidation to eliminate buildup and protect against future deterioration.
- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and requirements.
- Apply protective treatments to minimize future damage.
- Adhere to company guidelines, checklists, processes, and quality standards.
- Monitor supply inventory and order tools and cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Transport vehicles between locations and park them safely.
