CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.

RD Consultant Agency Services Ltd, trading as RDM Agency, is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent with experience in recruitment processing, client relations, administrative documentation, and an accurate working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service and accurate information on company products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Recommend services based on customer needs and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Process U.S. and Canadian visa applications.
Prepare Cayman Islands and UK passport applications.
Prepare company incorporation, Trade and Business License, Tobacco License, and Liquor License applications.
Prepare immigration applications, including work permits, Permanent Residency, and Naturalization.
Generate sales leads and build strong customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform general administrative and data entry duties using Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.

Qualifications
5 years of experience
Basic accounting knowledge and strong computer proficiency.
Accurate working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of telephone calls and customer inquiries.
Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Relevant certification is an advantage.
Valid driver's license.
Clean Police Record.
