MASON/CARPENTER.

C & M General Maintenance are looking for a skilled, dependable, and experienced Mason/Carpenter to join our construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a variety of structures while following technical drawings, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
Build, repair, and maintain masonry and carpentry structures.
Measure, cut, shape, and install construction materials.
Mix and apply cement, mortar, and concrete.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurements.
Install and repair doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and trim.
Inspect materials and ensure quality workmanship.
Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
Follow building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Work with supervisors, contractors, and construction teams.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
Assist and guide apprentices when required.
Complete projects on time and to required standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
5-6 Years of Experience
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong technical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and lead team members when required.
Physically fit and able to lift, climb, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.
Ability to work safely outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Clean police record required.
