We are seeking a commercially driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing function across both consumer and business segments. Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for translating business strategy into integrated marketing plans across all lines of business. The role oversees brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle programs, media, public relations, and internal and external communications.
Working closely with Commercial, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and corporate communications teams, the Head of Marketing will drive market growth, strengthen customer and employee engagement, and enhance the Flow and Liberty Business brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives, revenue growth, and market share targets.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
• Lead integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, retail, social, and CRM channels.
• Own brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and execution across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure strong return on investment across all activities.
• Develop customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing programs to maximize customer value.
• Lead product marketing for new and existing products and services.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing and communications initiatives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, commercial KPIs, customer metrics, and marketing effectiveness.
• Support corporate communications, public relations, reputation management, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree will be an asset.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience across brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated success in developing campaigns and programs that deliver measurable commercial results.
• Experience leading teams and managing agency partners.
• Telecommunications, technology, or other highly competitive consumer-facing industry experience would be an asset.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics, and performance marketing platforms is desirable.
