Quallent Pharmaceuticals Health is seeking a Manager in the Supplier Operations team to oversee contract manufacturing and logistics operations for our private-label pharmaceutical portfolio. This role is responsible for managing supplier and third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, ensuring product availability, driving operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Supplier Operations team to ensure efficient product delivery and operational excellence;
• Manage team performance, set objectives, and support continuous improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, and Compliance, to support business objectives.
CMO and 3PL Management
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and 3PL providers to ensure product availability, forecast execution, and on-time delivery;
• Oversee logistics activities, supplier communications, and related documentation;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier operations and private-label product execution.
Forecasting, Purchasing, and Delivery Execution
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory monitoring, and forecasting activities to support supply continuity;
• identify and communicate supply chain risks and collaborate with suppliers to align demand forecasts; Manage logistics decisions to ensure cost-effective and timely product delivery.
Reporting, Analysis, and Business Insights
• Develop and manage operational reports, performance metrics, and executive-level insights;
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making;
• Communicate supply chain performance, risks, and operational updates to senior leadership.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, pharmaceutical operations, logistics, and contract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and contract manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lead and support team members while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the development of teams in a regulated business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting operational improvements.
