We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Operations Coordinator (Management Trainee). This role is ideal for a young professional looking to build a long-term career in operations and management.

The successful candidate will begin by supporting core administrative and operational functions, with a clear pathway toward a future leadership role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records

Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and organizing materials

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations

Learn internal processes, workflows, and systems

Assist with coordinating team activities and communications

Gradually take on responsibilities related to team supervision and management
