The ideal candidates will support our daily kitchen operations, prepare ingredients, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. A core requirement for this role is proficiency in the art of folding dumplings (including Momo, Baozi, or similar styles) to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment."
