Janitorial.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented janitor to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall order of our facility. Some Childcare will also be required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently to provide a spotless and welcoming environment for our customers and their tenants/guest.

Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, floors, make beds; wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Other related things such as washing, drying, ironing, and childcare will also be included.
Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and hygienic.
Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins daily, clean waste receptacles, and dispose of refuse properly.
Supply Restocking: Monitor and restock consumable supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, and toilet paper).
Facility Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, and clearing clogs.
Inventory Control: Track cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when inventory is low.
Safety & Security: Follow all health and safety regulations, properly dilute and store cleaning chemicals, and secure the building at the end of shifts
