Our client is looking for a Janitor /Cleaner with experience and knowledge to carry out any cleaning, whether residential, commercial or post-construction. Candidate must have the know-how to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
• Generally cleaning of the building and maintaining it in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning of the external client properties
• Carpet Cleaning and restoration
• Clean up spillage and other related accidental mess
• Sofa and couch cleaning and restoration
• Cleaning up kitchen and map floor
• Prep food for chef and chef assistance
• Unload and stock produce for use
• Removal of heavy garbage and construction debris
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Fully Comprehension of the handling and safety of a chemical product
