Janitorial cleanings of all contracts currently held. Primarily keeping all buildings clean and tidy through daily sanitization and monthly deep cleanings. This maintains inside of all buildings for the safety and comfort of employees, clients and guests. To include cleaning floors, windows, mirrors, walls and other frequently used surfaces. Emptying trash cans and recycling bins.
Sanitizing bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas, such as kitchen, living & dining. Restocking essential facility supplies. Washing, drying, folding and storing of linens and towels where applicable. Keeping janitorial supplies & equipment in good condition. Securing all supplies & equipment in their rightful storage once janitorial job tasks are completed
