We are seeking an honest, dependable, hardworking and self-motivated Janitor. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, maintain high cleaning standards, and perform physically demanding tasks in residential environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.
- Clean interior and exterior windows and glass surfaces.
- Collect, remove, and dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Safely use and handle commercial cleaning chemicals in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety regulations.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies.
