Janitor.

Cleaning Connection Ltd., we are accepting applications for the above position. Preference will be given to Caymanians / Status holders.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
• As a Janitor, you will be responsible to carry out cleaning and maintenance of the designated assignments given to you. You will dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, clean restrooms etc. following the standard regulation of the company.

Qualifications/Experience:
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in cleaning schools and sanitation is preferred. Intensive level of cleaning schools is an advantage as schools are far more sensitive that they are left in each day when the students leave the premises. All the classrooms, restrooms, halls and canteens require intensive and thorough cleaning each day.
• Must have experience in housekeeping and/or in a hotel or similar environment
• Must be knowledgeable of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Must know how to clean carpets and use the carpet machines.
• Must be able to use and operate the buffing machine.
• Must be able to lift objects 25 lbs. and over and carry out heavy duty work
• Must have integrity, must be diligent, can work independently and must be flexible.
