IT Manager.

Responsible for overseeing all property technology systems, infrastructure, and IT operations to ensure reliable and secure business performance. Manages technology planning, implementation, maintenance, and vendor relationships while supporting hotel operations and Marriott technology standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain hotel IT systems, networks, hardware, software, email, and internet services.
• Ensure system availability, backups, security, asset management, and compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide user support, and coordinate resolutions with vendors and shared services teams.
• Lead technology projects, monitor implementation progress, and ensure completion within budget and timelines.
• Maintain IT inventories, telecommunications systems, and property technology infrastructure.
• Communicate system updates, provide technical guidance, and support end-user training.
• Monitor compliance with standards, regulations, and Marriott information resource requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in an IT management or support role.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Professional IT certifications and Marriott systems experience are an advantage.
