Store Clerk.

Savers Express is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with stocking and inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service
• Assist customers in locating items and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Operate the cash register, scan items, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.

Stocking and Inventory
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, rotate products to maintain freshness, and remove expired items.
• Participate in inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report shortages to management.
• Unload deliveries, verify shipments against orders, and store products appropriately.

Store Maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays that are fully stocked.
• Label products with accurate pricing and ensure price tags are visible and up to date.

Additional Duties
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including the customer service desk.
• Replenish stock and keep displays neat and orderly.
• Provide consistent, accurate information to customers at all times.

Qualifications
• 3–4 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
