Project Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist the Construction Managers with monitoring project plans, schedules, and work hours.
• Communicate with interior designers, architects, trades, and suppliers.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assess project risks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Setting and laying out partitions on site.
• Coordinate rough-in and final inspections. Communicate with inspectors as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in the same or similar role.
• Understanding of interior fit-out construction methodologies.
• Some Construction or Engineering training
• Ability to read architectural and engineering plans.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers and tablets for variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and long hours, weekends or some nights, as required to complete the tasks on site.
• Must have a valid Cayman Islands driver's license.

Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience and will be in the region of CI$18 to CI$30 per hour, plus overtime rate, and medical and pension benefits in accordance with the Cayman Islands Government.

This is a full-time position in George Town, Grand Cayman, at a minimum of 37.50 hours per week.
