We are seeking a Head Food & Beverage Server to lead our service team and provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Food & Beverage service team.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Provide recommendations and information to assist with menu selections.
Ensure orders are presented promptly and accurately.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests professionally.
Process customer payments accurately.
Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.
Support training and daily coordination of Food & Beverage servers.
Requirements
Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience.
Supervisory or senior server experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude, strong leadership, and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
