We are hiring a Handyman to be responsible for routine maintenance, repair, and installation across our properties. In addition to other jobs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Painting & Sheetrock:
Prepare surfaces and apply paint to interior and exterior areas.
Repair, patch, and install drywall/sheetrock.
2. Furniture Assembly & Fixture Installation:
Assemble furniture (desks, shelving, cabinets, etc.).
Install light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, and wall-mounted equipment.
3. Routine Inspections & Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
Identify and address minor issues before they escalate.
4. Prompt Response to Maintenance Requests:
Respond quickly to emergency and routine repair calls.
Diagnose and fix minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Ensure all work meets client satisfaction.
5. Additional Duties:
Maintain tools and work areas in a safe condition.
Follow all health and safety policies.
