Laborer.

Job Summary:
Seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to assist with general construction and site-related duties. The successful applicant must be physically fit, dependable, able to follow instructions and willing to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor construction environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradesmen and supervisors with general construction duties.
- Load, unload, carry and organize construction materials, tools and equipment.
- Assist with preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
- Remove debris and maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Perform digging, lifting, moving and other general manual labour duties.
- Assist with the movement and delivery of materials and equipment when required.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as instructed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradesmen.
- Observe workplace health and safety procedures.
- Perform other general construction labour duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a physically demanding or general worker role would be an asset.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying construction materials.
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license would be an asset.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required.
