A reputable maintenance company is seeking an experienced Handyman to provide repair and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.
*Perform general repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, drywall, simple plumbing and fixture installation.
*Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs
*Use hand and power tools safely.
*Inspect properties to give quotations, identify maintenance needs and complete assigned work orders.
*Maintain clean, safe work areas and provide professional customer service.
*Travel to various residential and commercial job sites.
*Effective communication
Requirements
*Minimum 20 years’ relevant handyman or property-maintenance experience.
*Broad practical repair and maintenance skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Strong communication and customer-service skills.
*Must have own tools of the trade
*Must have valid Cayman Islands driver’s licence.
Relevant trade qualifications are an asset.
