The WaterColours is seeking an accomplished Guest Relations Manager / Concierge to lead the delivery of an exceptional luxury lifestyle experience for our owners and guests.

The successful candidate will oversee the Guest Relations and Concierge functions, ensuring that services are delivered with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, while consistently reflecting the elevated standards and distinctive character of The WaterColours.

This role requires a proactive and highly organized hospitality professional with strong leadership capabilities, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to delivering seamless and personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the Guest Relations and Concierge to uphold The WaterColours brand standards and luxury lifestyle value proposition.
• Ensure the seamless coordination of owner services, including airport arrivals/departures, restaurant and lifestyle bookings, off-site catering, and personal shopping requirements.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Guest Relations and Bar staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle vendors to enhance the owner’s experience.
• Ensure owner units are meticulously prepared for arrivals in accordance with strata responsibilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all owner events and activities on and off-site.
• Handle complex owner requests, including international travel arrangements, shipping logistics, and other bespoke concierge services.
• Actively participate in monthly Executive Committee meetings, providing updates, insights, and operational support.
• Assign and monitor guest relations staff responsibilities, including task delegation and follow-ups during weekly management meetings and weekend operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for consumables beverages, and other property essentials, ensuring no disruption in service.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and all WaterColours policies and strata rules.

Qualifications & Experience
• A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge services, private residences, or a comparable high-end service environment.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced customer service or luxury hospitality training, preferably within a five-star hotel, resort, private club, or luxury residential environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Cayman Islands tourism, fine dining, wellness, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle services.
• An established network of reputable local and international service providers.
• Proven experience planning and coordinating upscale events, private functions, and exclusive experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and luxury concierge services.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with strong anticipation of client and guest needs.

What we offer

Salary range: USD $70,000 – USD $85,400 per annum. (180 hours per month)

Benefits: Statutory Cayman Islands pension, health insurance and vacation entitlement.

Working hours are typically 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, however schedules may vary. The role requires flexibility, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
