Group People Reward and Data Specialist.

The incumbent works across the People, Finance and Business Intelligence teams, providing specialist expertise in reward, payroll, analytics, and management information, as well as strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership, Boards and Partners. They are the firm's subject matter expert in payroll legislation, statutory reporting, payroll calculations, taxation, social security and pension obligations, together with the analysis of fee earner performance, utilisation, productivity, capacity and other key financial metrics. The Specialist delivers workforce analytics and business intelligence reporting, analysing fee earner performance, utilisation, productivity, capacity, turnover, absence, payroll and financial metrics to provide strategic insight supporting workforce planning, profitability and business performance. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and managing the firm's reward and benefits framework, and manage annual compensation and reward processes, including salary reviews, remuneration benchmarking, bonus modelling, promotions and benefits renewals.

Applicants must possess at least 5 years' experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence and management information reporting. Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to interpret and apply complex legislative and regulatory requirements in systems administration, data governance and process automation. Applicants must have strong knowledge of employment laws across Grand Cayman, BVI, Bermuda, Guernsey, Jersey and the UK, with demonstrable expertise in payroll legislation, reporting and accounting. Previous experience with Excel modelling is required. Experience with the following applications is strongly preferred: 3E Elite, Sage People, Alteryx, iManage, Power BI.
