EMBROIDERER & SCREEN PRINTER.

Reginald Renrick DelaPenha T/A Cayman Souvenirs & Apparel is seeking a detail-oriented Embroiderer & Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating embroidery and screen-printing equipment and takes pride in producing high-quality, consistent finished products.

This position is responsible for preparing artwork and garments, operating equipment, completing production orders, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
Review project specifications and customer requirements.
Select appropriate threads, fabrics, hoops, and designs.
Set up and operate embroidery and screen-printing machines.
Monitor and troubleshoot machines during production.
Inspect equipment and inventory and report issues as needed.
Design screen patterns according to customer specifications.
Prepare screens, inks, and materials for printing.
Calibrate machines and perform quality checks.
Complete, dry, fold, and pack finished products.
Maintain accurate work orders and production requirements.
Provide design and material recommendations to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:
5–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Strong creative and artistic skills.
Ability to safely work with inks, chemicals, and machinery.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to read and understand instructional manuals.
Good administrative, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work nights when required.
Clean police record required.
