GENERAL HELPER.

Ashburn Renforn Barnes T/A Barne's Bus Transport are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious General Helper to provide administrative, operational, maintenance, and transportation support while maintaining clean and organized work areas.

Responsibilities
Assist team members, drivers, and mechanics with supplies and general support.
Maintain office areas, parking areas, buses, and surrounding facilities.
Perform janitorial duties and general cleaning.
Prepare work areas and ensure supplies are available.
Run errands and assist with loading and unloading passengers.
Properly use safety restraints, wheelchair equipment, and seat belts.
Supervise and assist students during transportation and maintain discipline.
Follow bus evacuation procedures and assist during emergencies.
Learn bus routes and provide route information when required.
Report maintenance, safety, or student concerns promptly.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, secure environment.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physically fit with stamina for manual labor.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Basic first aid knowledge.
Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and diagnostic equipment.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Clean police record required.
