DRIVER/TOUR GUIDE.

Hospitality Tours Ltd T/A Majestic Tours is currently seeking a Driver/Tour Guide. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional storytelling abilities and demonstrate a strong aptitude for customer service.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing airport, hotel, attraction, restaurant, and other passenger transfers.
Transporting guests safely and professionally throughout the Cayman Islands.
Conducting tours for cruise ship and other tourists while providing information about the island, its history, and attractions.
Assisting guests with luggage and providing friendly, professional customer service.
Maintaining a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Following all applicable transportation and safety requirements.
Completing company and Public Transport Board (PTB) requirements for tour bus operation.

Qualifications:
Must be 25 years of age or above due to insurance requirements.
Valid Cayman Islands Group 3 or 4 driver's license.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience in the applicable vehicle category.
Good knowledge of the Cayman Islands, attractions, and local history.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
Ability to communicate effectively with tourists and guests.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. of luggage.
Ability to pass required medical, drug, police, traffic, and PTB examinations.
Willingness to complete required tour guide training and examinations.
