Director, Audit.

In a leading position within the firm, the candidate will report to Partners locally and regionally, and will be required to develop the business and portfolio of clients as well as providing forensic training updates to the rest of the practice. The candidate will be responsible for the management of engagements and the supervision and training of less experienced staff in the Firm. As a Director, the candidate will supervise, and review a wide portfolio of clients, identify new opportunities and grow the business. In addition, the candidate responsibilities will be in the areas of internal audit, regulatory compliance, restructuring and liquidation cases, and investigations across several jurisdictions. The candidate will be required to meet budgets, supervise staff across various regions and manage collections. The candidate will also be required to take on regional and global responsibilities which may include, business case planning, working with senior leadership to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications: The candidate must have a professional accounting designation such as CPA, CA, or ACCA combined with 8 or more years of experience in a public accounting or professional services environment and specialisation in one or more areas of the business. The candidate must fulfil all the necessary qualifications, audit experience and financial services knowledge for this role.

Benefits: Salary range US$150,000 to US$195,000 per annum depending on the level of experience, Vacation Time (in accordance with Cayman Islands Labour Act), eligibility for annual performance-driven bonus, comprehensive health insurance plan, pension plan (in accordance with Cayman Islands Labour Act), and free corporate gym membership.
