KYD$120k/yrGeorge TownFull-time45 h/week

Savvi Recruitment Cayman T/A Savvi Talent is a Cayman Islands-based advisory firm working at the intersection of executive search, organisational consulting and corporate-sponsored coaching. We partner with our clients on an exclusive and/retained basis to secure exceptional senior talent, and we work alongside their leadership teams to strengthen organisational design, culture and individual performance.

The ROLE: This is a broad, high-ownership leadership role suited to someone equally comfortable winning and delivering client work as they are running the operational, financial and regulatory backbone of a small professional services firm. You will be responsible for the full commercial engine of the business — new business development, client relationship management, and delivery of executive search, organisational consulting and coaching engagements — as well as the day-to-day management of the company itself, including finance, compliance, HR and marketing. Over time, you will also build and lead a team of recruiters and resourcers as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
• Building new client relationships through networking, marketing and proactive business development activity.
• Managing existing client relationships, including ongoing communication on open roles, talent management challenges, and ensuring all assigned mandates are progressed and filled in a timely manner to the client's satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities in the Cayman market to develop new service lines and grow the business.
• Building and maintaining a wide network of relevant professionals, both in Cayman and internationally.
• Negotiating client contracts, preparing fee proposals, managing service levels, and providing client reporting.
• Contributing to business strategy and market analysis, and reporting to the Directors on business performance, operational priorities and growth opportunities.

Executive Search & Recruitment (Exclusive/Retained Mandates)
• Actively sourcing candidates for open exclusive/retained executive search mandates and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Building a team of recruiters and resourcers over time as the business grows, and providing leadership and mentoring to that team.

Organisational Consulting & Coaching
• Delivering organisational consulting and advisory services to corporate clients, including strategic HR consulting, organisational design and change management.
• Delivering organisational coaching programmes to corporate clients, including team coaching, leadership development and culture change initiatives.
• Providing one-to-one executive and professional coaching on a corporate-sponsored basis, including designing coaching frameworks, conducting coaching sessions and tracking client outcomes.
• Maintaining relevant professional coaching qualifications and accreditations, and staying current with developments in coaching methodologies, strategic HR and organisational behaviour.

Marketing & Brand Development
• Managing the company's website and social media presence and developing marketing materials.
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities, and supporting ongoing brand development and business growth.

General Business Operations & Administration
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including office management, vendor management, and maintenance of all business licences, permits, registrations and corporate records.

Financial Administration
• Managing invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, budgeting, and liaison with external accountants.
• Overseeing payroll processes and expense management, and maintaining appropriate financial records and controls.

Compliance & Regulatory
• Ensuring the company's compliance with applicable Cayman Islands laws and regulations, including the Labour Act, Data Protection Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and Trade and Business Licensing requirements.
• Maintaining required records and liaising with relevant regulatory bodies, where applicable.

Human Resources & People Management
• As the company grows, overseeing onboarding, policy development and performance management.
• Maintaining human resources records and managing work permit applications and renewals for employees and personnel.
Note: this list is not exhaustive, and the role may evolve to include additional duties and responsibilities as the business grows.

What we're looking for:
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in executive search and/or recruitment, ideally with exposure to retained/exclusive search mandates.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial/leadership role within an agency or HR advisory firm with responsibility for developing new client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in organisational consulting, strategic HR and organisational design.
• A recognised professional coaching qualification/accreditation (e.g. ICF or equivalent), with experience delivering executive and team coaching to corporate clients.
• A strong existing network within the Cayman Islands and/or international professional and financial services community.
• Solid commercial and business management acumen, including comfort with financial administration, budgeting and operational oversight.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine client-service mindset.
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to manage competing priorities across business development, delivery and operations.
• Prior people management or team-building experience, or a clear aptitude to lead and develop a team as the business scales.
• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
