Deputy Head Teacher.

CF School, is seeking an experienced Deputy Head to join its Senior Leadership Team in September 2027.

The Deputy Head will work closely with the Headteacher and provide strategic leadership across the School, with responsibility for areas including pastoral care, teaching and learning, curriculum development, academic standards, assessment and tracking, staff development and academic quality assurance.

A significant element of the role will be supporting the development of the School's new Sixth Form provision and helping to plan and establish CF School's new purpose-built Sixth Form Centre, scheduled to open in September 2028.

The successful candidate must have substantial experience in educational leadership in a Cambridge curriculum school, including significant Sixth Form Leadership experience and a strong understanding of A Level (and ideally IB) curriculum development, teaching and learning, academic monitoring, student support and preparation for university and other post-school pathways for students completing A Levels.

Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, sound professional judgement, the ability to lead and develop staff, and experience of maintaining high academic and pastoral standards.
