Delivery Driver/Maintenance Person.

Honest, reliable and punctual — no exceptions.
Valid, current Cayman Islands driver’s licence.
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Physically fit and able to lift and move up to 55 lbs regularly and unassisted, including climbing up and down stairs with items.
Safe driving habits and over the age of 23, as required by the company’s vehicle insurance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clean and neat appearance.
Great attitude and open to receiving feedback.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Highly detail-oriented and organised.

Clean, scrub and sanitise baby and children's equipment thoroughly; this is a large part of the job.
Inspect every item between rentals and record each clean and safety inspection.
Prepare items for delivery.
Drive, deliver, collect, assemble, and dismantle rental equipment across Grand Cayman, including private residences, villas, condominiums, hotels, and the airport.
Install and demonstrate equipment safely for customers, following manufacturers’ instructions, and confirm correct fit and set-up before leaving.
Adapt to a daily-changing delivery schedule, including last-minute same-day orders.
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs; identify and remove damaged, recalled or expired items from service.
Photograph equipment at delivery and collection to record condition.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, housekeepers, property managers and the business owner in person, by phone and by text or WhatsApp.
Maintain tidy, organised vans and warehouse, including receiving stock, stock rotation, and inventory counts. Wash and vacuum the delivery vans.
Follow all safety procedures and drive responsibly.
