NCI Freight & Logistics Ltd is seeking an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused Courier to join our team in Grand Cayman.
This role supports both delivery driving and courier operations, including high-value cargo transport, time-sensitive deliveries, and logistics support functions such as container handling and furniture delivery. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates professionalism, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 36 consecutive months of experience in freight logistics, delivery driving, or courier services. Applicants must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement) and hold a valid Group 4 Driver’s License.
This role requires regular physical activity, including lifting, loading, and unloading. Candidates must be able to safely lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and perform duties in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of Grand Cayman’s road network, commercial locations, and delivery procedures.
Experience handling high-value, fragile, or sensitive cargo is essential, with a proven track record of care, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely collect, transport, and deliver packages and freight in a timely manner
• Perform both scheduled deliveries and time-sensitive courier runs
• Accurately process shipments and maintain delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Represent NCI professionally at all customer locations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety
• Safely handle, secure, and transport high-value or sensitive cargo
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and tracking details

Additional Duties
• Furniture delivery and basic assembly
• Debris and packaging removal
• Assistance with customs brokerage-related tasks
• Container loading and unloading
• General warehouse and logistics support as required

Additional Requirements
• Forklift experience is required
• Must be comfortable working in hot, sunny, and humid outdoor conditions
• Ability to safely perform container loading/unloading and delivery loading in open environments

• Must pass a clean drug test in accordance with company compliance requirements due to work in proximity to CBC-controlled environments
