Delivery Driver.

NCI Freight & Logistics Ltd is seeking an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team in Grand Cayman.
We manage a wide range of deliveries—including high-value cargo, furniture, and time-sensitive logistics—and are looking for a candidate who demonstrates professionalism, safety, and a commitment to excellent service.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 36 consecutive months of experience working in freight logistics or as a local courier. Applicants must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement) and hold a valid Group 4 Driver’s License.
This role requires regular heavy lifting. Candidates must be able to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks.
Applicants must have a strong knowledge of Grand Cayman’s road network, commercial locations, and delivery procedures.
Experience handling high-value or sensitive cargo is essential, with demonstrated care, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely collect, transport, and deliver packages in a timely manner
• Accurately process shipments and maintain delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and safety
• Safely handle and secure fragile, high-value, or sensitive cargo
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records

Additional Duties
• Furniture delivery and assembly
• Debris and packaging removal
• Assistance with customs brokerage-related tasks
• Container loading and unloading
All duties must be carried out safely and efficiently in line with company standards.

Additional Requirements
• Forklift experience is required
• Must be comfortable working in hot, sunny, and humid outdoor conditions

Work Schedule
• Full-time position
• Monday to Saturday
• Extended hours required during peak periods
• Availability for short-notice assignments is mandatory
