Dancer/Acrobatic Performer.

CARIBBEAN ENTERTAINMENT
We are seeking a talented, energetic, and versatile Dancer/Acrobatic Performer to join our entertainment team. The successful candidate will combine strong dance technique, acrobatic ability, stage presence, and creativity to deliver engaging, high-quality performances for guests and audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Perform choreographed dance routines, acrobatic acts, and live entertainment shows.
Participate in rehearsals, choreography sessions, costume fittings, and technical run-throughs.
Execute acrobatic movements and physical performances safely and professionally.
Maintain high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and stage presence throughout performances.
Work collaboratively with choreographers, performers, production staff, and other members of the entertainment team.
Learn and consistently perform new choreography, routines, and production material.
Follow all safety procedures and performance guidelines.
Maintain appropriate physical conditioning, flexibility, strength, and stamina.
Assist with promotional appearances, guest interactions, special events, and other entertainment activities as required.
Properly care for costumes, props, and performance equipment.
Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude at all rehearsals and performances.
Qualifications & Skills
Professional training or experience in dance, acrobatics, gymnastics, aerial arts, or a related performance discipline.
Strong dance technique and body control.
Demonstrated acrobatic skills appropriate to the performance requirements.
Excellent flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and physical stamina.
Strong stage presence and ability to engage an audience.
Ability to learn choreography quickly and retain detailed movement sequences.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Previous professional performance experience is an advantage.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding dance and acrobatic routines repeatedly.
Ability to stand, dance, jump, lift, bend, stretch, and perform acrobatic movements for extended periods.
Ability to safely execute movements at height or with specialized equipment where applicable.
Ability to maintain the required fitness level throughout the performance season.
Working Conditions

The role may involve evening, weekend, holiday, and irregular working hours depending on the performance schedule. Performances may take place indoors or outdoors and may require the use of costumes, props, specialized equipment, or stage effects.
