CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.

RD Consultant Agency Services Ltd, T/A RDM Recruitment Services, is seeking a Customer Service Agent with a strong level of proficiency in recruitment processing, customer relations, and organizational documentation skills, and an accurate working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Providing information, instructions, and recommendations on products and services.
Handling phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
Obtaining and maintaining accurate customer information for follow-up and future reference.
Processing US and Canadian visas, Cayman and UK passports.
Preparing company incorporation, trade/business, tobacco, and liquor license applications.
Preparing immigration documents, including work permits, Permanent Residency, and Naturalization applications.
Performing general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing office records and supplies.
Coordinating with various departments to support daily operations.
Identifying customer needs and providing accurate and complete information.
Building positive customer relationships and handling customer complaints professionally.

Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience
Basic accounting and computer knowledge.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel.
Strong data entry skills.
Certification is an advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Clean police record.
