Document Specialist – Enterprise Support Services / Creative Services Group (CSG)
EY’s Enterprise Support Services team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, brand-aligned deliverables across the firm. As a Document Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of this effort—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellence in every document produced. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines, manage project workflows, and uphold EY’s brand standards. The Opportunity
You’ll support EY professionals by creating and editing client-facing and internal documents using firm-standard templates and tools. You’ll manage document production from start to finish, including formatting, proofreading, digital output, and archiving. You’ll also contribute to team development by coaching others and sharing best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Create, format, and edit documents using EY templates and brand standards.
• Perform text typing, mail merges, spell checks, and formatting reviews.
• Import graphics and data from other applications into documents.
• Prepare files for digital output and assist with print production.
• Manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Archive electronic files according to the team protocols.
• Train and coach new team members on formatting standards and EY automation tools.
• Communicate project scope, negotiate deadlines, and manage schedule changes.
• Conduct random quality inspections and ensure adherence to EY’s quality standards.
• Use the EY database to manage workflow and project tracking.
• Promote collaboration and share leading practices across the team.

You will play a key role in supporting document production and formatting deliverables. Working closely with teams across EY, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where clear communication, responsiveness, and shared knowledge are essential to delivering high-quality results.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in document production or related field.
• Strong knowledge of document styles, templates, macros, and formatting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including styles and macros), Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with InDesign.
• Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm and proficiency in statistical typing of numbers, text, and tables.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have
• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
