Manager, People Consulting & Immigration.

We are seeking a Manager, People Consulting & Immigration, to lead the Cayman People Consulting & Immigration Team, and remotely oversee the administrative support team. This role requires managing team performance and capacity, assigning client work, resolving client service matters, leading business development, overseeing client billing, and carrying out other related management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be a trusted HR leader with strong integrity, professionalism and ethical judgment. They require strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support and provide direction to team members, and be reliable, responsible and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting obligations and delivering results. They must be proactive and self-motivated, take initiative, assume responsibility and respond to challenges immediately.

They must also possess:
• 10+ years’ experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of HR operations relevant to Cayman, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, onboarding, offboarding and immigration
• Proven experience in a strategic or senior HR role
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or designation/certification in HR Management
• Strong leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
