Prepare Australian and Caribbean cuisine.
Provide leadership to kitchen staff, stock / inventory control.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
WORK WEEK A MINIMUM OF 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 6 DAYS PER WEEK.
