COMPANY NAME: GODDARD CATERING GROUP GCM LTD.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To provide quality pastry/dessert products to all customers ensuring that specifications to customer requirements and to Goddard Catering Group GCM Ltd. are adhered to.
• Maintain exceptional production knowledge, attention to detail with decoration, taste quality.
• Maintain a solid knowledge of all food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must have full knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) process and must have 5 years of experience in the field.
• Must be able to bake with attention to detail, knowledge of ingredients, and patience.
• This job can be tiring, physically demanding, and requires long hours on your feet; therefore, this role requires determination.

Salary range: CI$14.00 to $16.00 per hour plus benefits
Work Hours: 180 hours per month
