COMPANY NAME: GODDARD CATERING GROUP GCM LTD.

Primary Objectives
Complete tray set up, clean and prepare fresh produce, portion and assemble hot and cold food items in accordance to company and client specifications, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards for the satisfaction of the customer. Ensure compliance with all company policy and procedure, health & safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To receive production sheets from Production Supervisor with menu and quantities to be produced.
• To prepare vegetables, fruit and other food items to the highest standards and on time.
• To ensure that workstations and all equipment used are properly cleaned, sanitized and maintained.
• To provide assistance in other areas of the kitchen in the preparation and assembly of meals, as required.
• To perform any other related duties as directed by the Head Chef, Sous Chef or Production Supervisor and Management.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field.
• Be able to work efficiently and to understand kitchen orders.
• Have the ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of the shift and to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and be a team player.

Salary: CI$8.75 - $10.00 per hour plus statutory benefits.
Work Hours: 180 hours per month
