Bogle Insurance Brokers Ltd., is seeking a Broker – Group Services to join the team.

The Broker – Group Services will bring relevant experience in insurance, employee benefits, financial services, human resources, compensation and benefits, or corporate advisory. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefit programs and the needs of both organizations and their employees. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and insurance broking.

The Broker will be responsible for developing and managing corporate client relationships, assessing employee benefit requirements, obtaining and analyzing insurer proposals, presenting recommendations, and coordinating the placement and ongoing servicing of Employee Benefits programs. The position requires strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, together with a commitment to professional development and maintaining current industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop business opportunities related to employee benefits business and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients, HR professionals, senior executives, and other key decisionmakers through referrals, networking, and targeted business development initiatives.
· Meet clients and prospects to understand workforce demographics, existing benefit arrangements, employee needs, budget considerations, and organizational objectives, and identify appropriate solutions.
· Present recommendations to clients, clearly explaining coverage options, policy terms, and key differences between solutions to support stakeholder decision-making.
· Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of insurance programs and provide ongoing service and support, working closely with insurers, service providers, and internal teams to resolve client matters effectively.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of insurer products, underwriting requirements, industry developments, and market trends, while identifying opportunities to introduce additional insurance solutions and services.
· Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, AML/KYC obligations, company policies, and internal compliance standards.
· Participate in client meetings, insurer meetings, presentations, industry events, and professional networking activities, while maintaining and developing relevant professional qualifications and technical knowledge.
· Contribute to team development by supporting cross-training, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of insurance expertise.
· Provide management with performance reporting, market intelligence, and operational insights, identifying opportunities to improve processes, client service, and business performance.
· Undertake other duties, projects, and responsibilities as reasonably required.

Requirements
· Minimum of seven (7) years' relevant professional experience in insurance, employee benefits, financial services, human resources, compensation and benefits, corporate advisory, or a related professional environment, including experience at a management, senior advisory, and client-facing level.
· Bachelor's degree and/or recognized professional designation. A recognised insurance qualification, or demonstrated progress toward obtaining one, is preferred.
· Experience with corporate employee benefits programs, including group health, life, disability, wellness, or other employee benefit arrangements, together with an understanding of employee engagement and total rewards strategies.
· Previous experience within the Cayman Islands insurance or financial services industry is preferred, along with knowledge of the local regulatory and compliance requriements.
· Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior executives, HR professionals, and other corporate decision-makers, supported by strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
· Proven business development and client service capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities, build professional relationships, and deliver client-focused solutions.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate information, compare alternatives, and provide practical recommendations.
· Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience supporting team development, knowledge sharing, and operational improvement initiatives.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

Location: George Town | Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary in the range of CI$6,600 to CI$8,400 per month, together with a competitive performance-based bonus, health insurance and pension plan.
